Problem with blog clients using WordPress and PHP version 5.2.2

For some unknown reason I recently couldn’t access my blog using WriteToMyBlog, which uses WordPress. After some investigating it seem that there is a known bug with PHP version 5.2.2 and xmlrpc.

Apparently the problem occurs with PHP passing xmlrpc data using HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA. If you have been having difficulty using WordPress with blog clients such as WriteToMyBlog the issue can easily be solved.
